Acceptable, but with a problem

The room was quite nice, especially its location right on the jetty. It was great to jump in for a swim.
The reception staff seemed undertrained. I felt they lacked service skills. They offered NO information about the hotel at all. Their attitude was not what I would call 'friendly'.

A decent place to stay

The room was lovely and it had really nice views. Reception staff was helpful and allowed a later check-out. I found it charming that they were accommodating.
The rooms on lower floors seemed bad. The air conditioning needed cleaning. It emitted a bad smell. I was disappointed that I couldn't always find a free table in the restaurant to eat.

the hotel seemed quite old. it looked more like an apartment building than a hotel. the rooms were small. they did not match the advertised size of 28 m2.
